Filtering System
The filtering system can be Diatomite Filter, Membrane Filter, Candle Filter, or Centrifuge; we can offer different working efficiency to choose.
CIP System
The CIP system mainly includes acid tank, alkaline tank, and a movable trolly for small-scale brewery.
Hot Water Tank (500L, 10HL, 15HL, 20HL, 25HL)
The hot water tank can be an auxiliary part of the mash system according to differentiated brewing process.
Bright Beer Tank (300L, 500L，10HL, 20HL, 50HL, 100HL)
Bright beer tank is usually for storage purpose; working capacity is available from 3HL to 100HL, or any customer specialized volume.
Glycol Tank (300L, 900L, 15HL, 30HL, 60HL)
Working capacity of the glycol tank is available from 3HLto 60HL, or any customer specialized volume;
Fermenter (100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 10HL, 20HL, 30HL, 50HL)
Working capacity of the fermenters is available from 1HL to 50HL, or any customer specialized volume;
Mash Tank, Lauter Tank, Boiling Tank, Whirlpool Tank (100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 10HL, 20HL, 30HL, 50HL)
Mash system usually has mash tank, lauter tank, boiling tank, and whirlpool tank. Working capacity is from 1HL to 50HL, or any customer specialized volume
Glycol Tank, Chiller (20HP, 30HP, 50HP)
Our cooling system mainly include one glycol tank and one chiller.
